This workshop is for everyone who wants to release emotions like anger, frustration, sadness, etc.
Often times we confuse spirituality with putting up with any situation: acceptance with resignation. We try to forgive without first letting go of the pain, anger or frustration. We forgive others but forget to forgive ourselves (guilt).
We feel anxiety without understanding where it comes from.
Resentment, anger, sadness, guilt, frustration, prolonged anxiety, etc. can cause severe damage to our body. An emotion as such can be translated, into symptoms like:
– stomach pain
– chronic fatigue
– chronic anger
– lack of appetite
– need to eat
– etc …
These symptoms are simply a message from the body warning that there is an “intruder” (an emotion). If we attend to the message and see it, listen to it, accept it, we can begin to let go of the emotion and even get to forgive and be grateful for finally keeping the Wisdom (what we have learned).
Parts that are covered in this workshop are: “emotional hygiene”, release ballast, resistances, conflicts, suffering, using a punching bag to release the “stuck” emotions, forgiveness and gratitude exercises and guided meditations.
