In March 2021 Jose Antonio Manchado is giving another retreat on Gran Canaria. This retreat is in English. You can only attend if your level of English is as such that you will be able to follow the content. You can read more about the retreat here.

Silence

This is a silence retreat. That means that apart from asking or answering questions, or interacting when asked during the sessions with Jose, you remain in silence. Being in silence gives you and the other participants the opportunity to fully be with yourself, to be with your inner experiences. Staying out of the social interaction we normally experience in daily life, creates space for you to discover your own inner peace and wisdom.
